Order, Shipping & Service Policy

At Blacklist Motorsports, every order is handled with a high level of care, accuracy, and attention to detail. We specialize in sourcing authentic, imported parts and managing the process from initial inquiry to final delivery.


Ordering Process

All orders are verified prior to processing to ensure correct part selection, fitment, and availability. Our team works directly with manufacturers and distribution partners to provide accurate information and timelines.

Many of the products we offer are special order or made-to-order, sourced directly from overseas suppliers.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is not calculated at checkout. Due to the nature of imported parts, shipping costs vary based on size, weight, destination, and freight method (air or ocean).

Once your order is confirmed, a separate shipping invoice will be provided based on real-time logistics. This ensures accurate pricing and proper handling.

All shipments are fully insured and packaged to meet carrier standards for safe delivery.


Production & Lead Times

Estimated production and transit times are provided at the time of order. International orders may require additional time for manufacturing, freight transit, and customs clearance.

We maintain communication throughout the process and provide updates when available.


Order Commitment

Due to the nature of special-order and imported products, all confirmed orders are considered final once processing has begun.

We encourage all customers to confirm fitment, specifications, and details prior to placing an order. Our team is available to assist with verification before purchase.


Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis prior to order processing.

If an order has already been placed with a manufacturer or supplier, a cancellation/restocking fee of up to 30% may apply depending on supplier terms and order status.


Inspection & Damage Claims

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

If any damage is present:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours
  • Provide clear photos of packaging, contents, and damage

This allows us to initiate an insurance claim and assist in resolving the issue. Claims reported outside this window may not be eligible for coverage.
