Return & Refund Policy

At Blacklist Motorsports, we specialize in authentic, imported, and often made-to-order parts. Due to the nature of these products, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.


All Sales Final (Special Order Items)

Most products are special order or made-to-order and are sourced specifically per customer request.
Once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun, it is considered
final and not eligible for return or refund.


Eligible Returns (If Applicable)

Returns are only accepted in limited cases and must be approved in advance.

Eligible scenarios may include:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Verified manufacturer defect (item must be unused and uninstalled)

To qualify:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Special order or made-to-order products
  • Imported items sourced per customer request
  • Installed, used, or modified items
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Refunds (If Approved)

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Processing and transaction fees are non-refundable
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once fulfilled

Cancellations

If a cancellation is requested before an order is processed, it may be reviewed.
If the order has already been placed with a supplier, a cancellation/restocking fee of up to 30% may apply depending on order status.
